Answer Genie AI is an all-in-one AI Suite built on the Go High Level platform that provides AI CRM services to its users including but not limited to AI Voice Agents, Conversation AI, AI Workflows, Copywriting, Funnel builders among other AI Services. AI can make mistakes, it's your responsibility to check important info.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. Usage-based charges, such as communication surcharges, are calculated based on actual usage and will appear as separate line items on your monthly invoice. When payment is due, the card on file will be automatically charged.
The Client accepts full financial responsibility for all usage incurred under their account, regardless of user or purpose, and understands that these charges are separate from any recurring subscription fees and are non refundable.

You may continue to be rebilled by our supplier Go High Level for undeleted phone numbers.
We do not offer refunds for unused time or credits, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Refunds are not provided once onboarding has been completed and the account has been accessed or used, regardless of usage volume, satisfaction, or subsequent cancellation. Completion of onboarding and any account activity constitutes full delivery of the services.
14.2 Our Right to Terminate. We may suspend or terminate your access if you: Violate these Terms, Misuse the Platform, Fail to pay fees, Engage in harmful behavior.
15.1 Limitation of Liability. We're not liable for: Indirect or consequential losses, Lost profits or data, Litigation of any form, Service interruptions, Bugs arising from third party software, Third-party actions, issues arising from your use of the Go High Level Platform, bugs, limitations, payment disputes etc.
15.2 Indemnification. You will waive all liability from us due to claims arising from: Your use of the Platform, Litigation of any type, Your content, Your violations of these Terms.
Binding Arbitration: All disputes must be resolved by binding arbitration.
Individual Basis Only: Claims may only be brought individually — no jury trial, no class actions, no collective or representative proceedings.
Costs: The prevailing party may recover legal fees, expert costs, and arbitration expenses.
Time Limit: Any claim must be filed within three (3) months of arising, or it is permanently barred.
Severability: If any part of this clause is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
You may not copy, replicate, impersonate, or otherwise present yourself as our brand or business in any form, whether online or offline. This includes, but is not limited to, the unauthorized use of our company name, logo, trademarks, brand colors, slogans, or any confusingly similar variation thereof.

Client agrees not to post or share any public statements, reviews, or comments that could reasonably be seen as harmful, false, or disparaging toward iDeal Business Development LLC, or Answer Genie AI or its services. Breach of this clause may result in immediate cancellation of the subscription without refund.
